Final Fantasy Dissidia [Smash Bros Sony style]
Oh yes, that's right.

When I saw this I [insert inappropriate comment] and then splashed my face with water to make sure I wasn't dreaming it up. Now I know I'm coming off as a FF fan-boy right away, but hey, do any of you remember Ehrgeiz and how sexy and full of potential that diamond in the ruff was? Oh man, I hope they don't screw the pooch on this one or I'm swearing off FF games forever.
Now we just need Sony-Enix to make Chrono Break and they will have satisfied me.

They should take all the fun out of it and make it turn based, so it's more like the FF series.

Okay, I knew Zidane and Kuja instantly. But...who was the other guy? Trust me I'm not a FF noob, I've played every single one. Multiple times. "Warrior of Light" isn't very detailed. Also, I had a problem with Ehrgeiz because any game where you can pick a stupid cop girl with a yoyo and smash buttons to beat Sephiroth just doesn't appeal to me. The story mode part was freakin' sweet though.
As for Square-Enix to make another game, personally they've proven with FFX-2 and Star Ocean: Til the End of Time that they can't make a good sequel to some of the best games of all time, so I'm scared of another Chrono game. But I will buy it and play it like mad.
BTW you're going to get a lot of FF hate here (see above). But none from me (apart from X-2 and Mystic Quest).

It's not his fault he started out 8-bit, heh.
I agree with the Chrono series. I would really, really love to see a third Chrono game.

I don't consider FFX-2 a real FF game. FFX wasn't too bad itself, full of a lot of questionable characters and boring storyline, but it had some cool features.
I haven't played the new Star Ocean games, but hey, they made Chrono Cross all those years ago and it's one of my top five favorite games of all time. God, I think I'm going to go play that again now. But seriously, if you haven't played Chrono Cross, then go buy it/download it now.
Also, I agree with how stupid some of the characters were in Ehrgeiz, but hey, I believe that was Square's first fighting game? Anyways, we can only hope for the best on Dissidia and IF they bring Chrono Break back into production. (It was canceled not too long after being announced)
